This RV park, located on NSA Mid-South, 
a 30 minute drive from Memphis is a quiet and quaint place. 
At 48 RV sites its on the smaller side. 



Tucked away behind the commissary it has a nice dog park within walking distance, across the street.
The rates vary, depending on rank, but are very reasonable @ less than $ 29 a night.

Make sure to use the main (north) gate with your RV. 



  Pros:
- Easy self check-in 
- Full hookups
- Quiet and small 
- Grassy, paved and level 
- Tall trees 🌳 
- Many shaded spots
- Dog friendly with dog  stations
- Free laundry  
- Walking distance to dog park  
- Next to commissary 

 Cons:
- Approximate 30 min. drive to Memphis 
- Adjacent commissary is expensive & small
- No fire pits 
- Mosquitoes 🦟 come out at dusk

Creating balance

A few months have passed. I am contemplating what to write this time. What is the message I want to share by doing this?  Sure a blog can be used as a platform for so many reasons. It's tempting to get sucked into ones ego taking over and making it a "look what I can do" - platform.  For me I realize, it is a way to express myself, to bring a smile to your face and ultimately your day. But to also bring a smile to my face, because while my life journey contains struggles and hick-ups, at the end of the day its full of gratitude. In a post "pandemic" time, inspiration is certainly something we all crave without question. Occasionally I am asked if we're settled in, now that we moved into our new home. Walk-in closet renovation

When we started our travels August 1st 2019, we had created a walk-in closet in the back of the living room.  Downsizing was tough enough, so I at least had to hold on to something that was dear to me: My rather large assortment of clothes...well and shoes!  One has to travel in style, you know. The back of the trailer when we originally started to renovate. BEFORE we ever put in the walk-in closet. Then came the finished walk-in closet that didn't survive. In order to house these clothes and all, Joe had to build a clothes rack,  that stretched from wall to wall. Then we also had brought 2 dressers from our previous home, for that space. It was a good set up because it was all situated under the king sized loft, that was above. This loft was then used as additional storage space.
