Behind the scenes

It seemed like all we did with all of our free time was fix up the trailer. Endlessly. We were tired!

The transitioning process took 10 months. Here are some behind the scenes pictures......

Peanut is tired of watching me paint the future floors.

Joe is getting ready to build the walk-in closet underneath the king sized loft.

Shelter from the sun and rain while prepping the future floors.

In the works:
Future bathroom barn-themed pocket doors.

Dissessemled closet doors are getting painted.

Everything got taken apart.

The mess!

Joe at work.

Bird is helping too! Or is he?

The bedroom built-ins before we removed them.

Everything with a new coat of paint.

Kitchen cabinets have been taken off to get painted.

The bathroom barn doors are finished!

All the kitchen cabinet doors in the works.

The upper cabinets got painted, too.

The kitchen  counter tops were replaced with these, from IKEA.

The bedroom pocket door got painted and I then hot-glue a lace tablecloth for that French Country look.

Joe re-installing the bed frame.
