The location and cost of this place are the best features.
On one side of this park you have awesome views of Choctawhatchee Bay and another 3 miles (approximately) and you are at the beach.
This campground is a combination of RV sites with a handful of pull thru's but mostly back in sites that can take a little navigation to squeeze in.
The other feature here are the guest houses and "hotel rooms " that are available for rent.
Most of these have bay views.
For kids there's a splash park and play ground. The swimming 🏊♂️ pool is a definite bonus with its shady covered areas to just "be ".
We paid $ 40 per night for our full hookup site.
Prices vary by rank.
For us, this is on the upper end of what we are used to paying at FamCamps/military installations but fact is, you pay more because you are at a desirable area of Florida.

Pros:

- laundry facility
- many dog bag stations
Cons:
- sites are pretty tight
- no views from sites
- no dog park on premises
- not allowed to park your rig on premises if you arrive before check-in time (2 pm)
- no recycling
I had a hard time deciding on whether to give this park a 👍or a 👎because I tend to dislike RV parks that don't offer enough "breathing room " between rigs.
But in the end
the pros outweigh the cons and therefore this park makes the list with a 👍.
